We had another stellar show last week at HITS Saugerties, NY. It was the first time we’ve been to this venue since the upgrades and we love what they are doing!

*Biarritz was ridden to the 3’3” Performance Hunter Reserve Championship by Jenn earlier in the week. Then owner Laura van Rooyen picked up the reins to earn fab ribbons including a win in a class in the 3’3” A/O hunters.
*Jenn continued the Reserve Championship streak with Rio Java House in the USHJA 3’ division. She also rode Gandalf to the Reserve Championship in the USHJA 2’9” division. And Clair de Lune put in beautiful trips in the 2’9” as well.
*Laura van Rooyen rode Uruguay owned by Stefano Baruzzo, LLC to the Adult Equitation Championship. They were also second in the USHJA Adult Jumping Seat Medal.
*The Turtle 🐢 strikes again! Amor De Tortuga and his partner Grier van Rooyen rode to the Children’s Large Pony Hunter Reserve Championship. The pair were also third overall in the HITS Children’s Large Pony Hunter Finals.
*Grier rode All Inclusive to a twelfth place finish out of 46 in the 2’6” Bit O’ Straw Derby! This was their prep for Pony Finals! 💪🏻
*Maggie Greene rode her Rio Java House to nice ribbons out of a competitive younger Adult Hunter section. The pair was also our high score winner of the week with an 86!💫
