What a week!
We just completed Marshall & Sterling Finals and could not be more proud of how our horses and riders performed.
Laura van Rooyen and her new partner Biarritz were 1st and 4th in the Adult Working Hunter, coming out on top as Adult Working Hunter Champion. Laura also rode to a 9th place finish in the Dover Saddlery Adult Medal in good competition on her mount, Gandalf.
Laura Richardson and Quickstep rode to the blue ribbon in the Adult Working Hunter Under Saddle out of a field of 28. She had some great rides in her Adult Working Hunter over fences and equitation, just falling short of the cut off.

Signature had an exciting week competing at the Princeton Summer Encore.
Our signature sassy duo- Amor de Tortuga & Grier van Rooyen were once again double champion in the Short Stirrup Equitation and Hunters with some really nice rides 🐢🥇
Jenn & Maggie Greene’s Rio Java House were Reserve Champion in the USHJA 2’6 Hunters in good company 🏅☕️
Laura van Rooyen & her new mount Biarritz had some great rides in the USHJA 3’0 Hunters and took home Champion in the Adult Amateur Hunters 🕺🏼🏆
Jenn & Laura van Rooyen’s Gandalf had some impressive rounds in the 3’6 Performance Hunters this week. Laura & Gandalf had some great rides in the equitation ring as well, earning a blue in the M&S Adult Medal 3’ and a second in the Ariat National Adult Medal 3’ 🧙🏼♂️🦄

Yesterday we wrapped up at the Princeton Summer Classic! Congratulations to all our riders and horses on a job well done this week! There was some great competition and everyone really rose to the occasion. Here are some of the highlights from our week:
Gandalf and Jenn had some great ribbons in the 3’6 Performance Hunters including a 2nd in the hack.
Quickstep and Laura competed in the USHJA 2’9 Hunters and had solid rounds as well as a win in the hack. They also competed in the Adult Amateur Hunters where they rode to ribbons as well.
Rio Java House and Maggie put in some nice trips in the Low Adult Hunters, picking up some good ribbons including a 3rd in a large group.
Gandalf and Laura had some lovely trips in the Adult Equitation medals, including a 4th in the Ariat National Medal.Last but not least, our favorite sassy duo of Amor de Tortuga and Grier strike again with double champion in the Short Stirrup Equitation & Short Stirrup Hunters, with a clean sweep of blues in the Hunters.
