Our team just completed a wonderful week at HITS On the Hudson!

Jenn rode the horses to great trips and ribbons in their respective professional divisions and really set the tone for the week of showing Highlights:
🏆 Biarritz and Laura van Rooyen Champion in the 3’3 A/O older section
🏆 Gandalf and Laura van Rooyen Champion in the Adult Equitation middle age group
🏆 Quickstep and Liz Sobel were Reserve Champion in the Low Adults, (her first show back after a 17 year hiatus)
🏆 Amor De Tortuga and Grier van Rooyen were Reserve Champion in the Large Children’s Pony Hunter
🏆 Sephora and Lizzie Marano were a class winner in the USHJA 2’ out of a very large group.

Honorable mention to all of our other riders who put in beautiful trips and earned well deserved ribbons, proud of all that was accomplished this week!

We wrapped up a wonderful two weeks at Vermont Summer Festival!

Congratulations to Rock With Me and Laura Richardson for finishing Reserve Champion in the Modified Adult Hunters, and Amor de Tortuga and Grier van Rooyen for completing their first ever derby and taking home 11th.

Signature had a great first week here at Vermont Summer Festival! Thank you to our incredible staff and sponsors for their hard work and talent in keeping us show ready, and congratulations to our horses and riders on a wonderful week of rides.

Clair de Lune 🌙 and Jenn Tirrell were Reserve Champion in the Baby Greens out of a competitive group 🥈

Biarritz 🕺🏼 and Laura van Rooyen were Reserve Champion in the 3’3 Amateur Owners, with a 4th place finish in the Classic. Jenn also piloted Biarritz to 2nd and 3rd in the 3’3 Performance Hunters 🥈

Virtuoso 🐻 and Allison Fernandez made their horse show debut (after a 15 year hiatus for Allison) winning the Ariat Adult Medal as well as top placings in the Dover and NHS 🥇

Gandalf 🧙🏼‍♂️ and Laura van Rooyen were 2nd in the NHS Medal. Jenn also rode Gandalf to 2nd place trip in the 3’6 Performance Hunters 🥈

Rio Java House ☕️ and Maggie Greene had some nice rounds in the Adult Amateur Hunters including a 2nd over fences. Jenn also rode Java to 2nd and 3rd in the Low Hunters 🥈

Rock With Me 🎸 and Laura Richardson had some great rides in the Modified Adults and Low Adult Equitation

Amor de Tortuga 🐢 and Grier van Rooyen rode well and finished with great ribbons in the Restricted Child/Adult Hunters & Maiden Equitation

Our team just finished up a wonderful WCHR week @saratogahorseshows!

⭐️ Jenn and Laura van Rooyen’s Biarritz were Reserve Champion in the 3’3 Performance Hunters out of a large field. Laura van Rooyen also piloted Biarritz in the 3’3 A/Os with great rounds, including a 2nd and 3rd

⭐️ Maggie Greene and Rio Java House were Reserve Champion in the Adult Hunter 18-35, including a win in the under saddle. Jenn also rode to some great ribbons in the USHJA 3’ Hunters out of a field of 30

⭐️ Lizzie Marano and Sephora also made their horse show debut with Signature, competing in the USHJA 2’ Hunters and taking home good ribbons, including two 2nd place rounds.

⭐️ Grier van Rooyen and Amor de Tortuga rode well in the Maiden Equitation, picking up a pair of 2nds as well as putting in some good rounds in the USHJA 2’ Hunters

⭐️ Amy Porchetta and Colour Magi had some great rounds in the Adult Hunter Middle division in good company

⭐️ Jenn and Laura van Rooyen’s Gandalf had some nice rounds in the 3’6 Performance Hunters, including a 2nd place finish in the under saddle. Laura also rode Gandalf to some good ribbons in the Adult Equitation 3’, including a 6th place in the Ariat Adult National Medal

⭐️Jenn and Maggie Greene’s Rio Java House were Champion in the USHJA 3’ Hunters

⭐️ Laura van Rooyen and Gandalf rode to second place in the 3’3 Adult Jumping Seat Medal

Our team had a great time competing at the Princeton Spring Classic last week! Jenn piloted both Biarritz 🕺🏼and Gandalf 🦄 in the combined Performance Hunters 3’3-3’6 and had some lovely rides and ribbons out of a competitive group

🏆 Low Children’s Equitation

Amy Porchetta and Colour Magi 🎨had some nice rides in the Low Adult Equitation 2’6, including a 2nd over fences in good company🥈

Laura van Rooyen and Gandalf 🦄 had a great showing in the equitation, winning the
🥇 THIS / NHS Medal 3’
🥇 M&S Adult Medal 3’
🥇 Ariat National Medal 3’

Laura van Rooyen and Biarritz 🕺🏼 performed well and had top ribbons in the Amateur Owner 3’3 Hunters, including a blue ribbon trip 🏅

Jenn and Maggie Greene’s Rio Java House ☕️ had some great rounds in the USHJA 3’ Hunters, including a 2nd over fences and in the Under Saddle 🥈
