The Capital Challenge Horse Show
Last weekend, we were all over the map competing in Maryland at The Capital Challenge Horse Show as well as NJPHA Finals in New Jersey ✈️
Laura van Rooyen and Gandalf competed in the Adult Amateur Equitation at Capital Challenge on Friday. The pair rose to the occasion and had some of their best trips together yet!
Grier and Amor de Tortuga competed in their first final on Saturday at the NJPHA Finals and put in many good rounds, most notably finishing 2nd out of 16 in a Short Stirrup Hunter round with a score of 81 🥈

Marshall & Sterling Finals
What a week!
We just completed Marshall & Sterling Finals and could not be more proud of how our horses and riders performed.
Laura van Rooyen and her new partner Biarritz were 1st and 4th in the Adult Working Hunter, coming out on top as Adult Working Hunter Champion. Laura also rode to a 9th place finish in the Dover Saddlery Adult Medal in good competition on her mount, Gandalf.
Laura Richardson and Quickstep rode to the blue ribbon in the Adult Working Hunter Under Saddle out of a field of 28. She had some great rides in her Adult Working Hunter over fences and equitation, just falling short of the cut off.
Congratulations to all our riders not just on a great finals, but a wonderful show season! And a massive thank you to all our amazing sponsors for helping us look our very best, especially for moments like these.
